What documents are required to rent a car?
A valid driver's license (at least 1 year old), ID card or passport, and credit card are required. Your license must be valid in Turkey.
What is the minimum rental period?
The minimum rental period is 1 day (24 hours). We offer discounted rates for longer rentals.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, a deposit amount will be blocked from your credit card at vehicle pickup. The deposit is released when the car is returned without damage.
Where are the pickup and drop-off locations?
You can pick up your car from our office or the airport. Different location drop-off is also possible.
Is insurance included?
Yes, all our vehicles come with comprehensive and liability insurance. Contact us for additional coverage options.
How can I cancel my reservation?
You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the pickup date. Cancellations after this time may incur a fee.
Is there a mileage limit?
We have a daily limit of 300 km. Excess kilometers are charged per km. Unlimited mileage option is also available.
What is the fuel policy?
Cars are delivered with a full tank and should be returned full. Missing fuel is charged at current pump prices.
